WCL uses the information you choose to share to operate your membership, respond to requests, and connect you with appropriate opportunities.
What others can see
Your profile appears in the member directory only if you turn on visibility. The directory shows the profile fields you provide, not your email. Approved community posts and comments show the name you use there. Circle conversations are limited to assigned Circle members.
What stays with the team
Coaching requests, scholarship statements, Open Doors requests, contributor applications, and partner inquiries are kept out of the public directory and community feed. Team access is limited by responsibility. Please avoid sharing urgent or highly sensitive details in public comments.
Youth Called to Lead
YCL is operated by NRG Group. Parent, sponsorship, sponsored-seat application, online/summer interest, and community partner records are handled separately from adult WCL member profiles, directory, and community. The forms ask for parent contact information, child age and grade, and program preferences. The sponsored-seat application also asks how the program may help, whether a tuition contribution is possible, and attendance availability. Applications and award status are private; sponsors do not select individual children. The forms do not collect child names, medical records, financial documents, emergency contacts, recordings, or full enrollment data. A separate secure enrollment process will be provided when enrollment opens. General WCL membership does not give access to YCL interest records or children’s information.
HER+ IN THE A.M.
HER+ registrations collect your name, email, mobile number, Greater Houston area, weekday and time preferences, referral source, and what you hope to find. These answers are stored separately from public member profiles and are visible only to authorized administrators. We use them to follow up about your registration and confirmed gatherings. Broader HER+ and WCL updates require the optional, separate consent checkbox; it is not pre-selected. You can request changes or removal using the contact information below. Please avoid sensitive personal information in your registration answers.
Website activity
We measure public page views, referral website domains, devotional download clicks, and successful HER+ registration submissions to understand what helps our community. A random browser-session identifier expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Analytics records do not store names, email addresses, IP addresses, registration answers, or full referral URLs. Private pages are excluded, and tracking respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Activity is kept for up to 90 days and is visible only to authorized administrators.
Updates and outside services
The updates list asks for separate email consent. Bible passages open on an outside Bible site when selected. Future payment, calendar, and email integrations will be identified when connected.
