Women Called to Lead

Lead from love.

Biblical formation and meaningful community for women leading at home, at work, in ministry, and wherever God has placed them.

You don’t need a title to belong here. If others depend on your care, there is room for you to be poured into, too.

Words for every season

Wherever you are, come to the Word.

At home, in waiting, at work, or when you need rest, Scripture meets you there.

For the woman who is weary
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
Matthew 11:28 · KJV
A place to be strengthened

The call is real.
So is the need to be cared for.

You may be leading a family, serving a church, building a career, or holding a community together. You need room to grow in wisdom and receive care along the way.

Talk with us about care ↗
A welcome from Mika

There is room for you to be poured into.

“Does leading my children count as leadership?”

“How do I lead with love in the workplace?”

“What if God is calling me to lead in ministry?”

“Can I lead faithfully from behind the scenes?”

“What if I am the first woman to step into this?”

Welcome to Women Called to Lead. So much of a woman’s life is spent pouring into others. We sacrifice, nurture, care, and help people grow. I wanted to make a place where the women doing that work could receive, too.

Perhaps you feel called to lead and want to grow in the Word. Perhaps you have carried responsibility for a long time and need rest, renewal, or space to step away. Perhaps leadership has felt lonely. There are decisions you cannot always process with the people you lead, and you need women who understand the weight of caring for others.

And perhaps you are here because another woman poured into you. Her love made a difference, and now you want to make that kind of difference for someone else.

Whatever brings you, I hope this becomes a place to learn, to be honest, to be strengthened, and to lead from love. You do not have to arrive with everything figured out.

With love,
Mika

You don’t have to carry your burdens alone.

A place to be heard, encouraged, and cared for.

If you are walking through loss, infidelity, or another painful season, call for a private care conversation. We can listen, pray with you, and arrange a one-to-one Zoom conversation if that would be helpful.

Why we exist

Called to lead.Free to be formed.

Women Called to Lead makes room for the pastor’s wife whose care is often unseen, the woman shaping her neighborhood, and the young woman finding her voice. Our beginnings are rooted in concern for first ladies, women in ministry, and women who need renewed strength.

Leadership begins with following Jesus and accepting responsibility to serve the people God places before us. Our gifts need Scripture, honest attention to our hearts, and love that takes practical shape.

Mission

To equip and strengthen women to follow Jesus, know His Word, lead with love, and care faithfully for the people placed before them.

Vision

Women leading with biblical wisdom and healthy hearts, strengthening one another and bringing Christ's care into churches, homes, workplaces, and communities.

The teaching foundation

Formation for a life of leadership

Our foundational message, Called to Lead, gives the ministry a clear path for formation. These five areas shape the way we learn, gather, and care for one another.

01

Women called to lead

Follow Jesus and serve the people God places before you. Explore where women can lead, why their gifts matter, and how to lead with humility and courage.

02

Biblical literacy

Read Scripture in context, handle it carefully, share the good news, and let what we receive from God become practical care for others.

03

Biblical relationships

Love God and love people. Let devotion show in our words and choices, and take care that our leadership does not become a stumbling block.

04

Welcoming the lost

Meet women affected by church hurt, people hurt, their own choices, or sin with compassion. Tell the truth, make room for healing, and remember people are never projects.

05

Leadership is love

Love speaks, gives, sacrifices, and leads. Women can strengthen women without comparison, offering help with wisdom and healthy limits.

What this space is being built for

Words we hope women will be able to say.

These are sample reflections about the experience we are building, not participant testimonials.

“I can be honest about the weight of leading and still find a place to rest.”
“I am growing in Scripture alongside women who understand my season.”
“What another woman poured into me is helping me pour into someone else.”
The next chapter

Gather deeply. Rest honestly.

We envision spaces that take women’s leadership seriously and make room for their renewal. These offerings are in development.
